Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD Available
Pay when you receive your order. COD service available across most serviceable locations.
COD Terms & Conditions:
- Additional COD charge of ₹40 applies on all COD orders
- COD orders above ₹5000 may not be available
- Please keep exact change ready for smooth delivery
- COD orders are subject to verification and may take longer to process
- Multiple failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation
- Return shipping charges are deducted from refund for COD orders
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails, here's what happens:
First Attempt
Courier will attempt delivery. If you're unavailable, a delivery notice will be left
Second Attempt
Delivery reattempted within 24-48 hours. You'll receive a call/SMS notification
Final Attempt
Last delivery attempt made. Please coordinate with courier for successful delivery
Return to Origin
After 3 failed attempts, order is returned. Refund issued after deducting shipping charges
Damaged or Lost Packages
Unboxing Video
Record an unboxing video for high-value orders as proof of condition
Report Immediately
Contact us within 24 hours with photos/video if product is damaged
Replacement/Refund
We'll arrange replacement or full refund after verification
Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received, contact us within 48 hours. We'll investigate with courier and resolve the issue.
Important Shipping Information
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
- Cut-off time for same-day processing: 2:00 PM IST
- We don't ship to PO Box addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- During festive seasons, deliveries may take 2-3 extra days
- Weather conditions and natural calamities may cause delays
- Signature may be required for delivery confirmation
- Orders cannot be redirected to a different address once shipped
