Cancellation Policy

When Can You Cancel?

You can cancel your order before the tracking ID is generated. Once the tracking ID is generated and the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

How to Cancel Your Order

  1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Select the order you wish to cancel
  3. Click on the "Cancel Order" button
  4. Confirm the cancellation

Note: If the "Cancel Order" button is not visible, it means the tracking ID has already been generated and the order cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation by Herbicas

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable
  • Pricing or product information errors
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Delivery address is not serviceable

In such cases, you will be notified via email/SMS and a full refund will be initiated immediately.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if the product meets the following conditions:

Unused Product

Product must be completely unused and in its original condition

Original Packaging

Product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact

No Damage

Product should not be damaged, opened, or tampered with

Refund Process Timeline

Day 1: Request Received

Submit your refund request through our customer support

Day 2-3: Product Return

Return the product in original packaging to our warehouse

Day 4-5: Quality Check

Our team verifies the product condition and packaging

Day 6-7: Refund Initiated

Refund is processed to your original payment method

Important: The entire refund process will be completed within 7 working days from the date of receiving the returned product.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • Wallet: 2-3 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7 working days

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Products that have been used or opened
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Products purchased during special sale events (unless defective)
  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery for refund eligibility
  • Please record an unboxing video for damaged/defective product claims
  • Partial refunds may be issued for products not in original condition
  • Herbicas reserves the right to refuse refunds that don't meet our policy criteria
